While it’s the homeowner’s responsibility to secure the required permits for installation, we’ll guide you through the process to make sure everything is in compliance. Most cities don’t require permits for buildings under 200 square feet, and only a minimal permit is needed for structures over that size. However, some cities have more extensive requirements for larger buildings, commercial spaces, living quarters in established residential areas, and areas prone to flooding or high winds.

We received our building which we thought would be perfect for extra storage, it was a really pretty light grey with white trim 8X8 building. We used it for about a month and realized we really needed a much larger building. They were able to buy our building back and we purchased a beautiful 12X16 red barn that we LOVE! My 10’ x 14’ greenhouse is my dream come true. In my hunt for a greenhouse, I had bought an $1,800 plastic house that is now a storage shed, a small clear plastic house, which worked reasonably well, but was just too small and I could not overwinter my plants in it. My greenhouse is sturdy, with several electrical outlets, a ceiling fluorescent light and is plumbed for water. During the -20 degree weather we had this past winter, we were traveling for basketball games and (with the addition of an electric heater) I never lost a plant.
Went to them in Clyde, and within two hours I had the building I wanted delivered and set up. Amazing customer service, very professional, clean, and courteous.
